How to Live Stream Files?

Thinking of streaming your captured/recorded videos or any of your archives?

Then the File Streaming feature in Livebox would be the apt one for your current streaming choice.

To Live Stream your Files,

  • Go to ‘Channel Dashboard’ from the navigation menu.

  • Then go into the File Streaming section.
  • Select your streaming channel.

  • Click the ‘Browse’ button to select and add files from your device.

The selected file will be uploaded within a few seconds. 

The same way you can add multiple files for streaming. 

  • You can choose to set the starting and ending point of the video within its time duration. 

Note:   

Preset Settings- If required, you can change the preset according to your network capabilities.

Advanced Settings-  You can add bulk files for streaming.  

  • Now select the file that you need to stream and if you want the file to go on loop then turn on that too. 
  • Finally, click the ‘Start’ button.
  • The streaming will be started immediately and you can have a look at the ‘Streaming Staus’ for any reports. 

SCHEDULING

You can also schedule the time/date for your live streaming event.

  • Click on the “Scheduling” button.

  • Set the start date/time and end date/time.
  • Then save your settings.

  • The live streaming will start on your server channel at the scheduled time.

  • Check on your channel player. 

You can then embed/push live to your streaming destinations.
